A once-thriving bar in Prestwick is being listed for sale once again.

Central Bar, or Bar Central, is being listed by Shepherd Chartered Surveyors for sale or lease.

Having initially closed down in 2022, the bar was listed for rent last year.

Now owners are offering the chance to buy the Main Street bar outright, with offers over £210,000 being invited.

Alternatively, rental offers over £20,000 per annum are also being sought.

A description with its listing says that Central Bar occupies the ground floor of a two-storey traditional tenement with one and two storey projections to the rear.

The 1,535 sq ft property is fully fitted internally and comprises front bar, rear bar, cellarage, and customer toilets.
