AN EXCITING new opportunity has opened up within the Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce team.

Scotland's third-largest chamber is searching for a 'commercially-minded' professional to fill the role of head of commercial.

This position is key to the chamber's mission to boost business growth and economic development in Ayrshire.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in revenue generation, B2B relationship management, and a passion for supporting local businesses.

The role is based in Prestwick and offers a salary of up to £55,000 per annum.

Head of commercial reports to the CEO and will manage a range of teams across membership, events, training, international trade, marketing, and partnerships.

They will also work closely with the CEO to meet ambitious targets and create a 'thriving, collaborative work environment.'

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the private sector, particularly in commercial revenue growth, sales, and B2B relationship management.

They will also have strong knowledge of the Ayrshire business landscape.
