A NEW Kilmarnock takeaway has opened its doors to the public on a busy street.

Oregano Peri Peri had its grand opening on Wednesday, September 18.

The fast-food joint is located on 11 High Glencairn Street in Kilmarnock.

They specialise in pizzas, burgers and kebabs, but have a variety of other items on the menu like jacket potatoes.

The business is open seven days a week, from 4pm until 11.30pm from Sundays to Thursdays, and from 4pm till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
