Scotland fans across Ayrshire will be more than eager to watch the national team compete at this year's Euros.

However, with the event taking place in Germany, most will be forced to forgo attending any matches.

To make up for this, a number of places have announced that they will be hosting fan zones complete with big screens, bars and seating.

If you're looking for somewhere local to watch Scotland battle it out in Group A, here are the fan zones popping up in Ayrshire this June.

Here are the Euro 2024 fan zones setting up across Ayrshire for Scotland's group-stage matches.

Irvine and Largs, North Ayrshire

Location: The Portal, Irvine (June 14) and Vikingar, Largs (June 19)

Price: Free (tickets on a first come first serve basis)

Dates: The first two Scotland matches against Germany and Switzerland (June 14 and 19)

Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire

Location: Ayrshire Athletics Arena

Price: £45 for six people standing at a barrel and £90 for a bench

Dates: Matches against Germany (sold out), Switzerland and Hungary (June 14, 19 and 23)

There will also be a number of fan zones across the rest of Scotland with venues in Glasgow, Aberdeenshire and Fife opening up to accommodate fans who are missing out on all of the action in Germany.

When will all of Scotland's Euro 2024 group-stage matches take place?

Scotland is set to play three matches during the group stage at the Euros in Germany.

The national team's first match will be against hosts Germany on June 14 with two other matches against Switzerland and Hungary taking place on June 19 and 23.

These matches will also be shown on STV and BBC Scotland.
