A van aimed at teaching the public about the danger of scammers was in attendance at locations across Ayrshire on Monday.
The Trading Standards Scotland and Police Scotland #ShutOutScammers campaign empowers consumers to avoid scams.
The scam van proved very popular at Largs seafront and then outside the Rivergate Mall in Irvine.
Representatives of North Ayrshire Trading Standards and Police Scotland Ayrshire provided advice, leaflets and assistance in preventing fraudulent criminality.
