A man has been arrested following an early morning disturbance in Hurlford.
Emergency services raced to the scene on Morris Crescent around 8.30am on Monday, with a cordon erected by police.
Police say a 48-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 8.30am on Monday, April 29, we were called to a disturbance on Morris Crescent, Hurlford, Kilmarnock.
“Officers attended and a 48-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident. Enquiries are ongoing."
