Kilmarnock restaurant Brown Munde has beem hailed by the town's MP after being nominated for a national award.
The popular eatery, which sits in the former Paris Match premises in the centre of the town, was named a finalist in the Best Newcomer category at the Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards.
The recognition comes on the back of the restaurant's Highly Commended gong at the Scottish Curry Awards, also for Best Newcomer.
Alan Brown, MP for Kilmarnock and Loudoun, was quick to congratulate the eatery on its most recent nomination.
He said: "Your restaurant has quickly become a popular spot for many within the area, and this nomination is a well-deserved acknowledgment of all your hard work and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
"I am thrilled to see businesses like yours thriving and gaining recognition for their exceptional contributions."
