East Ayrshire Council have put the iconic 'White Tile Building' in Kilmarnock on the market.
The building sits on the town's busy King Street retail parade, and is well-known for its unusual facade.
The property comprises three floors, with previous uses including retail and office space.
The premises was slated as a community hub with rooftop cafe, but charity Celebrate Kilmarnock folded and the project collapsed.
Internally, the building has been stripped back to a shell condition with concrete stairs to the upper floors.
There is space at the rear of the building that could offer private parking for up to two cars.
A council spokesperson said: "The premises may lend themselves to a variety of potential uses compatible with the town centre location including retail, office, leisure and residential.
"Offers will be expected to demonstrate how they align with the council's strategic approach to the regeneration of the town centre."
