East Ayrshire Council is looking to sell a derelict property in the heart of Kilmarnock.
The building in Dunlop Street, just off the busy John Finnie Street, currently has no roof.
It is a category-C listed, two storey building which was built in the early 1800s, and is made of stone with a render finish.
The site is approximately 241 square metres in size, and mains water, gas, electricity and drainage are available nearby.
A council spokesperson said: "The building may lend itself to a variety of potential uses compatible with the town centre location including office, leisure, retail and residential.
"Some uses may require planning consent and discussions with the council’s planners are strongly encouraged."
The building is category C listed and consequently any proposals will require listed building consent.
