A new support group for people living with sight loss is being set up in Kilmarnock.

The Kilmarnock Macular Society will launch in May for those impacted by sight loss, including family, friends and carers. 

People can head along on the first Friday of every month for a cuppa, a chat, information and advice in a friendly atmosphere.

The group meetings will take place at The Howard Centre in Portland Road from 11am to 12.30pm, and anyone can drop in on the day or call Aoife on 07586 168 803 for more information.
