NHS Ayrshire and Arran is on the lookout for an exceptional leader to undertake the role of Deputy Nurse Director within the health board. 

The role will involve providing expert professional clinical leadership to all NHS Ayrshire & Arran nursing staff and teams.

This is to assure the highest standards of clinical practice are enabled through robust systems of education, training, professional development and support.

The health board is looking for someone who can demonstrate highly tuned emotional intelligence, with strong credentials as a clinical leader and a proven track record of delivering major service change and improvements.

The salary for the role is between £94,345 and £98,384, and is based at Ailsa Hospital near Ayr.
