One reviewer said: "Love KFC it's my favourite place to eat, though to be honest the Irvine branch is my least favourite to visit :( The chicken is usually quite greasy on most visits or depending on the time you visit it can feel as if it has been left to stand overnight. Sorry but they need to sort their cooking as I would love to continue to visit."

Another customer said: "Ordered here a few times and again the other day, food was nice and the gravy was delicious as always! Can’t complain about the food I had, everything was delicious! Only downside is it’s definitely becoming very expensive."
