Train operator ScotRail has issued a warning over a fake account impersonating the company.
The rail group says the account is trying to scam people, and insists it will never ask customers to send bank details or make money transfers via social media.
A spokesperson said: "There's a fake ScotRail account trying to scam people. Our only username is @ScotRail and our only WhatsApp account is 07555012345.
