A free networking and learning expo is set to bring together Ayrshire businesses to share successes and learning on their carbon reduction journeys.

The event will be held by Net Zero Nation from 11am to 3pm on Friday, December 8 at Centrestage in Kilmarnock.

Organisations are invited to attend to 'meet the experts' from a range of different industries and enjoy informal networking over a mince pie.

Net Zero Nation helps small and medium sized businesses in Ayrshire reduce their carbon footprint through strategies and certification.

Local business are now being invited along to find out more about how they can reduce their carbon footprint and benefit the environment.

Gavin Tweedie, Founder & CEO Of Net Zero Nation, said: “In the last two years Ayrshire has established itself as a real powerhouse for tangible Net Zero action in the United Kingdom.

"Exhibitors include experts from a variety of areas such as green procurement, energy monitoring & control, financial & IT support, HR & cultural change and more.

“With a new Net Zero Accelerator Programme Cohort beginning in East Ayrshire in early 2024, we are looking forward to chatting with businesses who would like to find out more about the programme, and funding opportunities available, too.”
