A man has been fined following a two-car crash in North Ayrshire. 

Police were called to Altonhead Terrace in Burnhouse at around 7am on Wednesday, November 8.

No injuries were reported in relation to the incident.  

A man was later issued with a fixed penalty notice.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 6.55am on Wednesday, November 8, officers were called to reports of a two vehicle crash on Altonhead Terrace, Burnhouse.

"Emergency services attended and a man was issued with a fixed penalty notice."
