A vacant commercial premises in Kilmarnock will go under the hammer later this month.
The building and associated car park at 59 John Finnie Street is accepting bids until September 14 at 3pm.
The premises, which has a guide price of £380,000, is set over three levels with a total of more than 6,700 square feet.
Seller Future Property Auctions says the potential rental income of the property could be £65,000 per year.
The ground floor is a retail unit with a prominent display frontage onto one of Kilmarnock's busiest streets, with potential rental of £20,000 per year.
The upper floors are office suites set over two storeys with large office spaces, meeting rooms, kitchens and toilets.
The private car park has space for around nine vehicles, which could bring in around £10,000 per year.
Future Property Auctions also confirmed the upper space could be used as a residential development.
A spokesperson said: "A space on this scale would provide an opportunity for up to eight apartments on the upper floors whilst retaining the retail unit on the ground floor.
"All development of this type is subject to necessary consents but East Ayrshire Council are understood to be agreeable to further residential development locally."
