BIRMINGHAMChrisPeacefully, after a short illness borne with dignity, at the Florence Nightingale Hospice, Stoke Mandeville on 8th October 2010. Christopher John Birmingham (Chris), son of the late Christopher and Isabella Birmingham, loving husband to Moira, father to Kevin and Craig and grandfather to Emily and Ella. Much loved brother of Hester and Robert, uncle to Fiona, Alison, Alasdair, Jennifer and Nicholas. He will be sadly missed by all family and friends.Funeral service will take place at 11.45 am, 21st October at Amersham Crematorium, Bucks.Family flowers only, donations to Florence Nightingale Hospice.
