Derek McInnes put his Killie stars through their paces at Rugby Park ahead of Thursday's clash with Tromsø.

The Ayrshire side take on the Norwegians in the third qualifying round of the Europa Conference League over two legs.

Scottish and Norwegian media were invited along to the ground on Wednesday morning to see Killie's squad in action.

New signing Corrie Ndaba, who penned a three-year-deal following his successful loan spell from Ipswich last season, was not training with the squad.

Also not training was striker Marley Watkins, while defender Joe Wright was training individually away from the rest of the team.

The squad were in high spirits on a cold morning at Rugby Park, despite their heavy 4-0 defeat to Celtic on the opening day of the Premiership season on Sunday.

Killie fell into the Conference League pathway following their narrow loss over two legs to Belgian side Cercle Bruges.

If the Rugby Park side can progress over two legs against Tromsø, they will take on either FC Copenhagen or FC Baník Ostrava home and away for a place in the league phase of the competition.
