Stagecoach has announced a range of bus services for golf fans attending The 152nd Open in Troon.

Stagecoach will operate park and ride shuttles, which are funded by The R&A, from the official car parks to the Championship at Royal Troon.

On approach to Troon, fans should follow signs to 'The Open Park & Ride'.

In addition to the park and ride services, a complimentary shuttle service will run every afternoon from South Beach to Troon town centre, to enable fans to easily access the variety of local businesses in Troon town centre.

In partnership with ScotRail, Stagecoach is also offering a dedicated GolfLink bus shuttle between Troon train station and the venue.

Travel tickets for the GolfLink service are now available for purchase in advance from train station ticket offices, on board ScotRail trains and through the ScotRail website and app.

These transport options will run for the full week of The Open, from July 14-21.

Buses from the designated park and ride sites will run regularly at the following times:

Sunday, July 14: first service from P&R 8am, last bus from the course 8pm.

Monday, July 15 to Wednesday, July 17: first bus from P&R sites 6.45am, last bus from the course 8pm.
