Ayrshire Roads Alliance has announced its planned roadworks for this coming week in East and South Ayrshire.

Starting on Monday, February 26, key works are taking place across the region including in Kilmarnock and Cumnock. 

Portable traffic lights will be in place at the Cleuch Bridge at Sorn 24/7 for bridge repairs. 

There will also be portable traffic lights in operation on the B7035 Dailly at Maxwelston Farm for bridge parapet reconstruction. 

These will be in place from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. 

Works are also taking place on the Dulsk Bridge on the A714 at Barrhill, with traffic lights in place from 8am to 4pm each weekday. 

Traffic lights will be in operation on Southcraig Drive in Kilmarnock between 8am and 4pm on Monday and Tuesday for carriageway patching. 

In Logan, there will be a road closure for resurfacing in Glenmuir Crescent from 8am to 4pm Wednesday to Friday. 

In Dailly, traffic lights will be in place on Woodside for footway resurfacing between 8am and 4pm every day. 

There will be a road closure on the C47 Mansfield Road/New Cumnock from the A76 at Marchburn to the turn off at The Glen.

This will be in place from 8am to 6pm on Monday, March 4 for carriageway resurfacing.
