A block of nine Ayrshire flats have been listed for just £1 online.
The residential portfolio at Shawholm Gardens in Irvine's Bank Street was listed back in November.
However, the price for the properties reads just £1 almost three weeks later.
The block of apartments is a modern construction, with all properties including two bedrooms.
The combined rental income of the properties is around £59,000 per year.
The portfolio is being marketed by JLL, with more information available on Rightmove.
